The Hawkeye Truck Company was founded in 1916 in Sioux City, Iowa. It was there that the “Hawkeye Motor Truck,” was hand-manufactured. This brand eventually become known as the “Rolls Royce of commercial vehicles.”
At some point in the mid-1930s, the Hawkeye Truck Company ceased production. Currently, today only three Hawkeye Trucks are known to exist outside of Sioux City!
