Order Processing and Cancellation Information

Order Processing Time

After submitting your order, the payment authentication process may require a few hours to complete.  Texas Time Gifts and Fine Art (TTGFA) has no control over this and cannot expedite the process.  Domestic and international orders process identically. 

The common carrier selected for shipping and speed of service do not influence the method of payment's processing time.

Order fulfillment begins after this payment authentication process is completed.  No orders will be fulfilled until after this process is complete, without exception.

Order Fulfillment Time

Texas Time Gifts and Fine Art (TTGFA) is located in Austin, Texas, in the Central Time Zone (CST) of the United States of America, or six hours behind GMT (-0600 UTC).  All time references are CST.

TTGFA uses United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) as its common carriers.  Carrier choice and delivery options for each are presented at the time of check out. 

Orders cleared for fulfillment by 3:00 PM CST Monday-Friday will be shipped within two (2) business days.  Orders clearing between 3:00 PM Friday and 3:00 PM Sunday will ship the next business day.  Please add one day to this schedule for any United States holidays.  USPS is not open for business on United States holidays or Sundays.  UPS is not open for business on United States holidays and weekends.  However, when possible, TTGFA will attempt to arrange Saturday UPS pick ups.

Order Cancellation

A customer may cancel an order at any time prior to the shipping of that order.  Once an order has shipped, that is to say that it's physically out of TTGFA's door, it cannot be cancelled.  

If there has been a change of heart after the order has shipped, please see the procedures provided in the Returns and Refunds page.

The refund will be processed at the time of cancellation.  Shopify requires between 3-5 business days to process a refund and return the funds to the customer’s method of payment.
