All Made-Upon-Order Item Domestic Shipping-Inclusive and International Order Information

Domestic Shipping:

The price of your made-upon-order item includes a flat-fee United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping charge for all Domestic—that is the United States and Puerto Rico—delivery destinations. 

The exceptions are United States Postal Service (USPS) Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO/MPO/DPO specialty delivery addresses.

USPS Post Office Box, APO/FPO/MPO/DPO Addresses:

The price of your made-upon-order item includes flat-fee USPS Priority Mail shipping.

NOTE: Only the USPS can deliver to USPS Post Office Box, APO/FP/MPO/DPO specialty addresses.

International Orders:

All orders placed outside of the United States and Puerto Rico are considered International, even if they are going to United States Territories and Protectorates.

Made-upon-order items shipping to International destinations will ship from Austin, Texas via UPS.  International shipping charges and applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, etc. will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Please add five-to-seven (5-to-7) business days to your estimated delivery date.

Choice of UPS service is determined by the delivery destination:

CANADA AND MEXICO:

  • UPS Standard

EVERYWHERE ELSE, INCLUDING U.S. TERRITORIES AND PROTECTORATES:

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited

NOTE:

For Domestic delivery addresses, if you order includes other, non-shipping-inclusive items along with your shipping-inclusive item(s), the shipping-inclusive item(s) will not factor into your purchase's shipping charge; in other words, you will not be charged twice for shipping the made-upon-order item(s). 

For International orders, the above applies with one difference: your total cost will reflect both the made-upon-order shipping-inclusive charge for the item(s) to reach Austin and then the additional charge for it to reach its delivery destination.
